The Crossland X, Opel’s model introduced in 2017, made its third year on the market. Here is Crossland with its renewed face and technologies.
Crossland, Opel’s B segment crossover model, has a similar design to the new Mokka. Crossland, which has moved to the design face of the new Mokka called "Vizor", draws attention with its new front grille, glossy black parts as well as gray plastic guards and air inlets carried under the bumper.
When we look at the side of the renewed Crossland, the chrome lath on the ceiling, the new tank cover, the bulging sill attachment, the stop lights and the darkened LED stops have been overhauled.
In Ultimate and Elegance packages, LED fog lights that come with chrome frame, chrome door sill trims and rim option exclusive to Ultimate are also included in the equipment list of the new Crossland. The rim sizes that can be preferred vary between 16 and 17 ″.
NEW GS LINE + HARDWARE PACKAGE
The new equipment package GS Line +, on the other hand, emphasizes sportiness. Black 17 ″ wheels, black roof, special red touches, AGR certified ergonomic seats, LED stops and roof rails are among the standard equipment of this package.
Technically the same, the length of Crossland is 4.21 meters. In addition, the trunk volume, which can be increased from 410 liters to 520 liters, thanks to the sliding rear seats, is the same as the old Crossland.
THE RENEWED CHASSIS AND INTELLIGRIP SYSTEM
Opel engineers have done a good job in the chassis and suspension part of the vehicle. McPherson in the front has installed new springs and shock absorbers in the suspension system with a torsion bar at the rear.
In the multimedia system, there are three different options: Radio BT, Multimedia Radio and Multimedia Navi Pro. The Navi Pro, which comes with an 8.0 ″ screen like the Navi 5.0 IntelliLink, also offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
As before, LED headlights and head-up display are on the option list. Safety equipment such as collision avoidance system, lane departure warning, reversing camera, parking assistant, blind spot warning system and traffic sign recognition can also be preferred at Crossland.
Opel did not make a statement about the price and engine options of the new Crossland, which underwent a makeover operation, but it is predicted that the power unit range we saw in Peugeot 2008 will be largely used in Crossland.
