Sports car maker Lamborghini suspended production in Italy, while Skoda and SEAT slowed down production in their home country.
Another important brand hit by the coronavirus was Renault. The French producer stopped production for an indefinite period in the Palencia factory in Spain, as well as 12 plants in its home country. It is stated that approximately 18,000 employees will be affected by Renault's temporary stop. Michelin and Magna are also among the automotive manufacturers that decided to quit due to the virus.
