At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, BMW demonstrates its approach to future urban transport needs with the BMW i3 Urban Suite.
For the past 7 years, the BMW i3 has been the world's best-selling electric car in the premium compact segment, playing an iconic role in city life with sustainability, intelligent connectivity and driving pleasure in electric mobility. The German manufacturer is now breaking the memorization with the Urban Suite, which is completely personalized to the needs of the passenger.
The standard BMW i3, which undergoes a complete transformation with the exception of the driver's seat and instrument panel, has gained a spacious interior that offers a feeling of good time and offers comfort, entertainment or work according to the passenger's preference. In order to achieve this, the vehicle, which features a wide rear seat, a footrest platform, an electronic screen extending from the ceiling and a personal sound zone, offers the comfort of a boutique hotel.
Urban Suite Jumps Threshold in Sustainability
Taking the BMW Group's commitment to sustainable mobility a step further, the model supports the responsible use of resources at all stages, from the precision shown in the determination of material and production processes to the local power generation of the powertrain. All the fabrics and mats used in the BMW i3 Urban Suite are made of recyclable materials.
