Nissan collaborated with Italdesign to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its GT-R. As a result of this collaboration, the concept car in these images named GT-R50 was revealed in 2018. Afterwards, the mass production version of the vehicle was also prepared and announced.
Nissan now announced that this limited edition special super car will meet its customers at the end of next year.
The first sample of the vehicle to be delivered to customers will be exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2020.
In fact, it is stated that this first example can be seen at Nismo Festival which will take place next weekend.
Nissan plans to produce only 50 units of this special model, the GT-R50, according to which more orders have already been received.
But Nissan says the quota has not yet been filled. In addition, customers already registered, the vehicle development process as a one-to-one contact with Nissan'la had the opportunity to specify their wishes.
As we mentioned at the beginning, these lucky customers will be getting their GT-R50s by the end of 2020. The delivery of all 50 vehicles will be finished by the end of 2021.
The price of the vehicle is $ 1.12 million. This is 5 times the price of the GT-R Nismo.
The technical specifications of the car are briefly mentioned, the 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine and 720 horsepower with a torque of 780 Nm produces. These values are 110 horsepower and 130 Nm higher than the GT-R Nismo.
