Dacia Duster, the new generation of gasoline engines added to the product range met with what is expected.
The 1.0 TCe 100bg and 1.3 TCe 150bg petrol engines stand out with their performance and low fuel consumption. Dacia Duster’s 4 × 4 versions for the first time used in the 1.3 TCe 150bg gasoline engine, takes the field performance to a higher level.
TCe 100: the new generation engine
The 1.0 TCe 100bg petrol engine delivers higher driving dynamics compared to the SCe 115 it replaces, reducing fuel consumption (5.4l / 100 km) and CO2 emissions (124 g / km). The 5-speed manual gearbox offers versatile driving on urban and intercity roads, with 100 hp (74 kW) and 160 Nm of torque, resulting in higher energy efficiency and superior performance thanks to turbo. The engine, which manifests itself at low speeds, provides optimum driving pleasure thanks to its higher torque level. The indirect injection 3-cylinder turbo engine is lighter and more compact and combines the latest technologies:
1.3 TCe 150bg: more powerful performance
The 1.3 TCe 150bg petrol engine, added to the Duster product range, has lower fuel consumption values (6.3l / 100km) than the 1.2 Tce 125 hp gasoline engine it replaces, and delivers higher performance by generating more power and torque. Duster 1.3TCe 150bg, 5250 rpm at 150 hp (110 kW) and 1700 rpm at a maximum torque of 250Nm compared to the previous generation engine provides +25 hp power and + 45Nm torque.
Duster product range; 1.0 Tce 100 hp 4 × 2, 1.3 TCe 130 hp (4 × 2) and 1.3 TCe 150 hp (4 × 4) petrol engine in addition to the manual versions of the 1.5 dCi 95 hp (4 × 2) and 1.5 dCi 115 hp (4 × 2 manual & 4 × 4) diesel engine manual gearbox and ECO-G 115 hp (4 × 2 manual) LPG option available.
