Porsche 911 models with the new 911 Carrera family, the 911 Carrera Coupé and Cabriolet has expanded.
Porsche extends the eighth generation of the icon model 911 with the 911 Carrera. Coupe and Cabriolet market as the new sports car, 3.0 liters, 6-cylinder biturbo-charged boxer engine produces 385 PS power. The power of the new Carrera, the entry level of the 911 family, is 15 PS more than the previous model.
The model looks different with its smaller diameter wheels, brakes and exhaust outlets, features a 10.9-inch touch screen, comprehensive connectivity and innovative support system that provides even safer handling on wet roads such as the Porsche Wet Mode.
Just like the Carrera S, the engine, chassis and brakes are designed for sporty use. The 911 Carrera's 3.0-liter six-cylinder boxer engine generates most of the power thanks to turbines and compressors with smaller diameter propellers in the new turbochargers. Power transmission is provided by the new 8-speed dual clutch transmission (PDK). This means that the 911 Carrera Coupé has a top speed of 293 km/h and reaches 0 to 100 km in 4.2 seconds. With the optional Sport Chrono Package, this time is reduced by 0.2 seconds.
Monoblock fixed caliper 330mm discs stop the 911 model, which is offered with 19 inch 235/40 ZR tires on the front axle and 20 inch 295/35 ZR tires on the rear axles.
