The Swedish sports car brand Koenigsegg announced the ambitious new model Jesko at the Geneva Motor Show. Koenigsegg Jesko will shake the throne of Agera RS with its ambitious design and power!
The Downforce monster was introduced to Koenigsegg Jesko!
Talking about Jesko's design, Koenigsegg engineers have used their skills to the ultimate ground-breaking power. The super sports car produces the power to hit ground up to 1.4 tonnes thanks to the large lip in the front and the boomerang shaped wing behind it. All the external parts including the monocoque body are made of carbon fiber material and the car has a total weight of 1,420 kilograms.
Under the body of the vehicle is the world's lightest V8 engine. With a weight of 189 kilograms, the 5.0-liter unit produces 1,600 horsepower and 1,500 Nm of torque with double turbochargers. Koenigsegg Jesko's 9-speed dual-clutch LST transmission allows direct gear shifting at L light speed Ko. The gearbox weighs only 90 kilograms, which makes it possible to carry out operations like direct transmission from 7th to 4th gear.
According to his simulations, Koenigsegg explains Jesko's maximum speed as 482 kilometers per hour. The Swedish brand was not content with it, but it was an ambitious statement that it would get the world's fastest car from the Hennesey Venom F5. If we remember the Venom F5's record of 484 km/h, Koenigsegg Jesko could break it.
Jesko has a production capacity of only 125 pieces, with a maximum production capacity of 50. Finally, the starting price of the vehicle is set at $ 3 million, excluding taxes.
