Pirelli's series of records, which started in 2010, continued uninterrupted as Lamborghini broke a new record this year at Germany's 20.6 km circuit at the Nürburgring.

The latest record at the Nürburgring in Germany was broken by Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, setting a new standard with a lap time of 44.97 seconds in the last 6 minutes. This was the second record broken by Lamborghini in the last three years. Starting with the Aventador LP-750-4 SV, which goes under seven minutes, and with the success of Huracan Performante, the Aventador SVJ model has now been added.

Aventador SVJ will be delivered to customers with Pirelli "P Zero" tires as standard

New versions of Aventador SVJ have been developed for the "P Zero Corsa" and "P Zero Trofeo R" tires of Lamborghini and Pirelli engineers who have managed to maximize performance by adapting tire characteristics to the car's specifications. In addition, the latest version of the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ with V12 engine will be delivered to customers with the Pirelli "P Zero Corsa" tires as standard. In addition, the "P Zero Trofeo R" tires, which break the record at the Nürburgring this year, will also be offered as optional equipment to customers.

Pirelli "P Zero Corsa" tires Aventador SVJ earned two seconds in each round

One of the values referenced in the development process of the P Zero tires was the lap time on the Nardo track in Italy. Compared to the previous Aventador SV model equipped with the "P Zero Corsa" on this piste, the Aventador SVJ and the specially developed P Zero Corsa tires on the pistol earned two seconds each turn. The main challenge for this new Lamborghini model is to combine a four-wheel drive system with a four-wheel-drive system. In addition, the Haldex clutch system was required to guarantee consistent rotation of the tires in order to distribute the torque optimally so as not to create pressure.

Developed specifically for each car and separated by a special mark to the mark

The Nurburgring Nordschleife is also loved by the world's leading automakers, who use the 20.6-kilometer challenging track to develop the most performance-oriented models, such as anyone with a driving passion. Pirelli also uses the legendary Nordschleife pistol to fine-tune all the different versions of the P Zero tires, which have 1028 unique homologations (manufacturer approval). The homologations are built on the wishes of the manufacturers who want their cars to be equipped with tires that can complement the performance of each model. So every car has its own Pirelli P Zero tire that can be distinguished by special signs on its side. For example, "L" is used for Lamborghini.
