German sports car maker Porsche entered the SUV class with Cayenne, which began manufacturing in 2002. In 2014, Cayenne, which is very successful and achieves high sales figures, began to accompany the compact luxury crossover SUV Macan. And now Cayenne is adding a coupe model option that will compete with the BMW X6 and Mercedes GLE.
The coupe model will use Cayenne's infrastructure, but it will include differences from the normal model. Especially because of the sports view of the C-column of the car it is thought that the head distance and luggage volume will decrease a little. In addition, a different front bumper will be used to make the Cayenne Coupe even more distinctive than the regular Cayenne.
While there is no diesel option in the Cayenne Coupe, which can be used with V6 and V8 engines, a hybrid version is also being talked about in the future. The car is expected to be introduced in 2019.
