The joint project of Airbus and Audi has been announced that test drives for flying cabs will begin. The autonomous Flying Taxi project "Pop.Up Next" received approval from the German government. Here is all information about the autonomous flying taxi which will start in 10 years .
Airbus reported last year that it was developing an autonomous flying cab named Vahana. The company has announced that it includes German carmaker Audi in its project and has named the project "Pop.Up Next".
AGREEMENT
In line with the evolving information, in the Audi and Airbus business alliance, an agreement was reached for testing driving of the German government and flying automobiles. The German government has signed a letter for Audi's flying taxi tests in Ingolstadt.
For the first time, German Transport Minister Andreas Scheuer on Audi flying cars introduced at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, said: "Flying taxis nowadays become necessary, now we are starting a new turn.
The vehicles are for two people and show a high design work. Uber has also announced that he has established a joint venture with NASA and is investing in flying saucers. Officials announced that they will be using the flying car within 5 to 10 years.
